Shahd she is clever girl she always finish work quickly she likes to focus in the class and she don't like to make noise in class she listen what teacher saying .I am very surprised when I see girl don't like talking and playing during the class only she is focusing and understanding,I learn that why this child is the best in the class then I noticed that the teacher and family provide her in several way .The best way to work with this child is comfortable place.The teacher used teaching strategies with this student that I liked it she use modern methods and the development of intelligent child mental skills and practical.and this idea make this child upgraded.

Reflection 5

(Taif \ low level )

Taif like drawing and does not like to focus in the class , she do not like talk with friend.I think this child want teacher to give him positive words ,I learned in this observation the attention of the teacher makes the child understand the lesson and be more alert than before also the family must to be attention for their children because the child do not know how to response about her self and there are a lot of levels and teacher familiar with the abilities and levels of students and the best way of the teacher must do is to give the child a positive reinforcement and work with her in quiet place.Teacher use some good teaching strategies with this child she gave her a lot of activities to be upgraded,explain the easiest and simplest way,provide examples to understand quickly,she used hand movements to explain and body during the explanation,teacher showed the children video and photo to help her to understand.Obviously she lays off a lot during the explanation, the child she is a little slower than the others,the attention of the  teacher makes the child understand the lesson and be more alert than before.

2. Are there learners who finish activities quickly ?What do they do when they have finished?Hya, Fatima finishing their activity quickly and they use the resources and sit on the floor and write English word
3. Are there learners who do not finish a task (s)?How does the teacher deal with them ?there are student do not finish a task and teacher gave them a time to finish and if the time finish they must done the task .
4. Are there any learners with special needs ?What kind of special needs do you think they have?How does the teacher deal with them ?I think they no special needs but those student are lower ability 
5. How does the teacher manage learners with different levels /abilities?she make the work is differentiated this helps to keep the work at the correct level for each student.

Reflection 4

The planning is a vital element in the successful teaching process is the key of this method in the hands of the teacher there are different types of plans that suit different purposes,planning help the teacher to prepare for next year's first year next semester or the next half of the semester or next lesson,and in all cases. I think the most important point of the teacher must be done according to the plan and tools lesson.I observed that the teacher take a long time to thinking for the students plan and organize activities which suit their lesson,I feel its a great effort.I learned that the teacher must always be structured and arranged the plan every day.

Think about :

The Maths resources and English resource and small whiteboard are accessible to the children when her work she can go independently and take from the center without disrupting the teachers focus group. This stops children from disrupting when they are finished their assigned task.All material for the lessons are stored  in  baskets at the front of the class. The teacher has easy access to all materials needed .Time is not wasted during the lesson.

Reflection 3

The important factors and elements which claim to the success of the educational process is to provide an encouraging learning environment for learners to accept the content and activities of the school where the teacher was keen to create an environment and atmosphere cheerful and comfortable for the reception of learning processes in the classroom whenever helped to achieve educational goals. I observed the children are familiar with the environment and with where resources are ,the children are responsible for putting all resources back in place ,I learned that the teacher must plan and organize the class and make every purpose in the particular place. I don't like the classroom style because the class is very small and some of the students from the back needs to move their chair but the I like the way of children in the groups that helps them to collaborate if they have activity or practice ,the good design of the classroom I prefer is big class because it comfortable and have place for teacher and children to move.

Reflection 2

The teacher responsible for the organization and the role of education is very important and  the teacher must follow the roles to be a successful .I surprised when teacher take time to do planning,I delighted when the children were polite with teacher , I learned  how to make the children likes to collaborate in the group, also the teacher use modern techniques(ICT)to help student understand their lessons and teacher choose best student in the class as (Peer tutor),and teacher make small group rather than large group to focus and make sure to understand their lesson,Teacher have a discipline strategy that I liked it she use (point Behavior)of the student’s for example in each group of the student have name :Circle,Rectangle,Triangle,Square ,and if each group of the student’s unbehavior they will lose the point  and teacher use stick of all the names of the student’s ,teacher do timer for starting the lesson and student must prepare for the lesson and show the teacher good sitting.
